  • سيتم إرسال رقم التتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب بمجرد شحن طلبك.

🔹 التأخير أو المشاكل في الشحن

  • في حال تأخر الطلب عن الموعد المتوقع، يمكنك التواصل معنا للتحقق من حالة الشحنة.
  • إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو به مشكلة بسبب الشحن، نرجو إبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام وسنقوم بمعالجة الأمر فورًا.
