🔹 سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد في Super Oil Perfumes

في Super Oil Perfumes، رضاكم هو أولويتنا! إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن مشترياتك لأي سبب، يمكنك مراجعة سياستنا أدناه لمعرفة كيفية إرجاع المنتج أو استرداد الأموال.

1️⃣ شروط الإرجاع

✔️ يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، معبأ بشكل سليم كما تم استلامه.
✔️ يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
✔️ يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع، ما لم يكن المنتج تالفًا أو تم إرساله بالخطأ.

2️⃣ المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

🚫 المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة لا يمكن إرجاعها لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة والجودة.
🚫 العطور المخصصة أو الزيوت العطرية التي تم تحضيرها حسب طلب العميل غير قابلة للاسترداد.
🚫 بطاقات الهدايا والقسائم الشرائية غير قابلة للاسترداد.

3️⃣ كيفية تقديم طلب إرجاع

2️⃣ نراجع الطلب ونقدم لك إرشادات الإرجاع خلال 2-3 أيام عمل.
3️⃣ شحن المنتج إلى العنوان الذي سنزودك به.
4️⃣ بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سنقوم بمعالجة الإرجاع والاسترداد خلال 5-7 أيام عمل.

4️⃣ سياسة الاسترداد

✔️ سيتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية.
✔️ قد يستغرق استرداد المبلغ 5-10 أيام عمل ليظهر في حسابك، وفقًا لسياسة البنك.
✔️ في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام، سيتم رد المبلغ كرصيد متجر أو عبر حوالة بنكية.

5️⃣ المنتجات التالفة أو الطلبات الخاطئة

إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو طلبًا غير مطابق، نرجو إبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام عبر واتساب، وسنقوم بإرسال بديل دون أي تكلفة إضافية.

2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality reasons.
🚫 Custom-made perfumes or blended oils are non-refundable.
🚫 Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.

3️⃣ How to Request a Return

✔️ For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
